90 days

looks like I'm heading for a 90 day ban - and it will come as no surprise to anyone that I consider this to be ridiculous. How can anyone seriously assert that blocks are not punitive?
Regardless I'm also interested to see if the time I've spent without my editing privileges to date will be taken into consideration?

Will you be banned from BLP articles after that or will that be the end of it for you, thank goodness?

Oh it looks like the permanent BLP ban will pass too (God know why - take a look at the Giovanni di Stefano talk page for how the discussion has gone in my absence) - I will try and calmly and peacefully protest / appeal that point anon.
I don't think the current Arb culture will necessarily survive the 90 days though.... I'd hope positive changes would be made before then.

Maybe- if Giano survives unblocked long enough, and gets into ArbCom!
